Your Employers
Through the California Intern Network you’ll have the opportunity to work part time in California with employers such as Sutter Health, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Waste Management, and City of Sacramento. Employers are looking to build their future workforce and enhance their business with new ideas and skills.
How to Qualify
Since the California Intern Network is committed to advancing education, to be a student intern you’ll need to meet these minimum requirements:
- Be 18 years of age and currently enrolled and attending classes during the regular term at any qualifying institution of higher education.
- Undergraduate Students: Enrolled in a minimum of six semester units or nine quarter units.
- Graduate Students: Enrolled in four semester units or six quarter units.
- Foreign Students: Provide appropriate documentation that authorizes employment.
